All of our rides are non-emergency. If it is an emergency, call 911.
Ambulatory (walk-in) rides
For riders who can walk to the vehicle and do not need a wheelchair. Give us the pickup, the destination and the time, and we confirm your pickup time.
Wheelchair-accessible van rides
We have a wheelchair-accessible van. Tell us when you book that you need it, so we plan the ride around it.
Rides to medical appointments
A ride to your medical appointment. Send us the appointment time and the address, and we work out when to pick you up. Ask for a round trip if you also need a ride home.
Hospital discharge rides
A ride home after a hospital stay. Tell us the discharge time if you know it and whether a wheelchair is needed. If the time changes, call or message us.
Dialysis and recurring treatment rides
For treatments that repeat on a schedule. Tell us the days and times when you book, and we plan the rides with you.
Physical therapy and rehabilitation rides
Rides to physical therapy and rehabilitation visits, whether it is a single visit or a repeating schedule.
Same-day and advance bookings
We take both. For a same-day ride, call or message us as early as you can and we will tell you whether we can fit it in. For appointments you know about, and for rides that repeat, book ahead.
